Notice of Annual Meeting 2011 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Meeting of the Bondholders of Rocky Ledge Swimming Association , Inc. is at 7:00pm on Monday February 28 at the Ridgeway School in White Plains NY. Directions to Ridgeway School. If the school is closed for any reason, the meeting will be 7:00pm on Thursday March 3. Only fully paid members can vote. Due to a printer's error some pages of the Splash 2011 were missing. We are mailing out a second Splash today Thursday Feb.24, you should receive in time for Feb. 28, meeting. PDF
ALL PROXIES WILL BE COUNTED UP TO
AND INCLUDING February 27th. To insure privacy of your
vote, fold the proxy and place in an envelope, mark envelope PROXY, with your
legible signature across the seal line and add your bond # then place in
U.S. Mail. NO proxy's can be brought to meeting for any members they must be
sent in or member can vote in person at meeting If you choose to vote at the
meeting you will be given a special ballot
