Notice of Annual Meeting 2010 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Meeting of the Bondholders of Rocky Ledge Swimming Association , Inc. is at 7:00pm on Monday February 22 at the Ridgeway School in White Plains NY. Directions to Ridgeway School. If the school is closed for any reason, the meeting will be 7:00pm on Thursday February 25. Only fully paid members can vote.
ALL PROXIES WILL BE COUNTED UP TO
AND INCLUDING February 22nd. To insure privacy of your
vote, fold the proxy and place in an envelope, mark envelope PROXY, with your
legible signature across the seal line and add your bond # then place in
U.S. Mail. NO proxy's can be brought to meeting for any members they must be
sent in or member can vote in person at meeting If you choose to vote at the
meeting you will be given a special ballot
